Vailhan is a small town in the hinterland of Pézénas located exactly at the centre of the department of the Herault, a town forgotten by time, suspended between its dungeon and the lush emerald Dam of Olivettes. On its rocky outcrop, the inn overlooks the lower lake of the Dam and from its terrace offers a panoramic view of the Massif of Viel Castel.

At the crossroads of our experience and personal knowledge, our cooking is tasty and imaginative. Its philosophy: "Giving pleasure while having pleasure!" We have chosen to present our menu on the blackboard in order to reflect the seasonal nature of the products we use in the preparation of our recipes, which are both fresh and preferably local.
